Atender y asesorar al Talento de la Operación de los centros a su cargo en las necesidades de los procesos y políticas internas de RH como reclutamiento y selección, contratación, inducción, desempeño, bienestar, desarrollo, clima organizacional, prestaciones y beneficios, desvinculación, entre otros, identificando de manera proactiva oportunidades y posibles soluciones que permitan a los centros de expertos (COE) cumplir la estrategia y entrega de los servicios de RH que asegure experiencias memorables para el colaborador.
