Description The Encompass Administrator oversees the day-to-day administration of the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of technical expertise. The person in this position is responsible for a broad range of tasks, which may include administering, customization, and configuration of the Encompass LOS; researching, analyzing, choosing, and designing enhancements to Encompass LOS and the addition of other complementary lending systems; and communicating and training of changes and enhancements of those systems for users and other stakeholders. Business Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM* *Based upon business needs, our positions may require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position is based in Anaheim Hills CA with the opportunity to work on a hybrid-remote schedule which consists of 2 days in-office and 3 days working remote from home. Requirements Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Certified Encompass Administrator. 6+ years Ellie Mae Administration experience. In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and loan origination life cycle. Advanced knowledge in the Encompass program (LOS). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS and PowerPoint.) This includes deciding which customizations to develop that drive innovation, performing routine hands-on maintenance and configuration, providing timely resolution to escalated issues, and supporting and troubleshooting the Encompass platform for its users. Works under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment with flexibility, open-mindedness, and the ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty. Efficiently solves problems, works well in an ever-evolving environment, and contributes to team meetings and the overall information security process. Acts as Primary Interface between CU SoCal and Encompass LOS / ICE Mortgage Technology and any other third-party vendor services tied to Encompass LOS. Participates as a core member of the process improvement team. Maintains and audits user access and security and overall system management. Maintains key reporting and development standards. Makes recommendations on system changes and optimizations using research, data and analysis to decide best course of action. Reviews business requirement documents and proposes, executes, and implements solutions. Performs system analysis to determine the impact of proposed solutions. Develops, manages, and maintains training documents/job aides. Designs, documents, configures, tests, and deploys approved Change Requests and Enhancements. Creates workflows, input forms, custom fields, documents, business rules. Collaborates with key stakeholders for continuous improvement. Maintains users, roles, profiles, security settings, and loan setup settings. Reviews all Encompass releases, application patches and QA, and shares changes with users. Mentors and trains other team members. Determines, implements, and integrates additional third-party vendors and services. Complete understanding and active application the Exceptional Experience Guide expectations. Must be able and available to work a “hybrid” schedule, per business operations requirement, as needed. Pay Scale: Min. $90,562.50 / Mid. $118,188.72 / Max. $142,084.80* per year *Actual compensation will be based on geographical location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
