Responsibilities Lead and optimize daily operations for stock plan administration and transfer agent processes, ensuring seamless shareholder experiences and robust internal controls. Deliver actionable financial analyses and reporting for Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams, supporting key decisions and regulatory filings, including 10-K exhibits. Champion US and international equity-related tax compliance, collaborating with vendors, Global Mobility, and Payroll to ensure accurate allocations and reporting across multiple countries. Partner with Legal to navigate SEC and NYSE requirements, Board of Director compensation, and the preparation of proxy and board exhibits, driving compliance and strategic outcomes. Provide expert guidance and preclearance for executive trading, including analysis of 10b5-1 plans, approval of trading requests, and auditing restricted activity. Prepare and file SEC Forms 3 & 4 for Executive Officers, quarterly NYSE filings, and 10-K exhibits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly equity analyses, supporting earnings per share calculations, equity expense processes, and accounting entries. Audit and manage multiple share pools and Treasury accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Contribute to the design and implementation of long-term incentive plans, partnering with Legal and ISS Consulting to maximize share requests and support corporate compensation goals. Provide custom equity reporting for tax and actuarial teams, supporting deferred tax asset calculations and annual Black-Scholes valuations. Oversee system interfaces between Fidelity and Payroll (Workday), manage vendor evaluations, and lead operational aspects of plan changes and conversions. Support merger and acquisition activity, integrating legacy stock plans and ensuring alignment with corporate analyses and accounting needs. Prepare annual tally sheets and executive compensation tables for the board and proxy, collaborating with IT, Legal, and external vendors to incorporate plan and tax law changes. Calculate and manage accrual, funding, and processing of dividends, and provide projections for capital planning and regulatory filings. Serve as a trusted consultant for HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and Compensation teams, delivering expert advice on stock-related compensation matters. Qualifications This is an ENCORE opportunity. Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field, with a focus on stock plan administration and audit Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including 3 years in payroll tax for a national entity Minimum 3 years of compensation or related experience Demonstrated project, vendor, and change management skills Highly analytical, with a proven ability to translate findings into actionable insights Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate under NDAs Advanced Excel and programming skill International tax experience Experience with Oracle accounting tools Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
