The Lead Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing End of Line - Module & Software strategies to reduce DTC's defect during Launch, Production, Stopships & Warranty Issues. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation status across Global Plants. The Lead Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and plan. Additionally, this position involves managing a team of End of Line - Module & Software and coordinating with Stakeholders which EOL/VCT -Advance Mfg, Launch, Production, Plant Quality, PD, MP&L, GMTS & GDIA.

Responsibilities
