Description

ABOUT SACHET FACTORY

Sachet Factory is a fast-growing start-up specialising in manufacturing premium stick pack products for some of the biggest health and wellness brands in the UK. We are moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility in June 2025 to meet the growing demand for our products.
As we scale our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented End of Line Quality Assurance & Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a brand-new company and gain hands-on training in food manufacturing quality systems.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on precision and takes pride in getting it right the first time. If you’re organised, motivated, and want to play a key role in ensuring products leave our site at the highest standard, this is your chance.

Responsibilities

As our End of Line Quality Assurance & Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be the crucial link between production, quality, and stock management. You’ll make sure every finished product meets our standards, every batch is accurately documented, and the right stock is always in the right place at the right time.
You’ll be trusted to keep us compliant, audit-ready, and running smoothly—because when you do your job well, the entire operation performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities (with training and support provided)

  • Perform end-of-line quality control checks on finished products.
  • Conduct material sampling to ensure materials and packaging meet requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant batch documentation to guarantee full traceability.
  • Verify that all finished products meet company and regulatory standards before release.
  • Create & Provide Labels to End of Line Operator to apply to secondary packaging
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to keep processes flowing without delays.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in food safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Filling out controlled forms as supporting document for the Batch Record
