Responsibilities

JOIN OUR DEDICATED TEAM AT NOTEBOOK ASSESSMENT SERVICES AND PLAY A KEY ROLE IN SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY END-POINT ASSESSMENTS (EPA) FOR APPRENTICES ACROSS THE UK.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Assessment Administration Coordinator, ensuring smooth and efficient administration of End-Point Assessments while safeguarding the interests of apprentices and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the smooth running and administration of all End-Point Assessment processes.
  • Coordinate planning, booking, and completion of EPA services.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Assessors, Internal Quality Assurers (IQA), and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide timely support and clear information to apprentices, employers, and internal teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all EPA-related queries and support.
  • Maintain accurate EPA records and systems, ensuring timely data entry and documentation.
  • Produce regular reports for internal teams and external stakeholders, aligned with service level agreements.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Conduct gateway checks and manage EPA bookings and registrations.
  • Prepare and complete EPA-related documentation and ensure audit-ready recordkeeping.
  • Liaise with delivery and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant EPA scheduling.
  • Coordinate assessor activity and support their administrative needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and process review.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and quality assurance sessions.
