SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Some understanding and knowledge of the ESFA funding rules related to apprenticeship and/or End Point Assessment
  • Recent experience in coordinating end point assessment of apprentices
  • Experience of tracking and monitoring of End Point Assessment results for auditing purposes
  • Experience of auditing main provision for apprenticeships both informally as per continuous improvement strategy and formally from an ESFA/RSM aspect
  • Experience in managing a small non-pay budget

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a level 9-4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
  • To successfully coordinate and carry out the booking, administration, and tracking of apprenticeship related processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
  • To ensure that learner’s status is updated on college systems in a timely manner.
  • To coordinate and support with internal and external audits under the supervision and guidance of the Group Head End Point Assessment (EPA) and Compliance
  • Manager working in close partnership with the MiS, and Delivery Teams across the college group
  • To provide assurance to the Group Head EPA and Compliance that ESFA funding rules are being fully met through a robust audit and data reconciliation
  • To ensure that any actions from audit are addressed in a timely manner and reported through all necessary channels
  • To maintain a central register of end point assessment organisations, including maintaining up to date service contracts and costings or the college group
  • To coordinate and action requests for information and data in a timely manner working with internal and external stakeholders
  • To coordinate and manage a small non-pay budget
  • To conduct administrative tasks across the wider business plus team to navigate busy periods and holiday cover across as deemed appropriate by your line manager.
  • To support and attend with colleagues across the college group when requested to attend and support at open evening/weekend events
  • Actively participate in team / departmental activity, sharing lessons learned and acting on these to ensure continual improvement of the employer / learner experience
  • To act as an invigilator when necessary for on line and in person EPA’s
