You use AI to accelerate outreach and personalization and are comfortable working across multiple product lines and industries. Responsibilities • Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover. • Use AI-powered outreach, personalization and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity. • Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure. • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts. Must-have qualifications • Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance. • Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills. • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English. Nice-to-have • Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales. • Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales. Compensation & performance bonuses Month 1–3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%). Month 4+: Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start). FAST START BONUS: Month 1–3: total 20% commission; Month 4–6: total 15% commission. On-target earnings will vary by performance and commission.
