Job summary

The End User Compute (EUC) Engineer is a key member of the IT Operations Team, responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and the organisation's endpoint estate. The role supports the deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management of laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft Teams Rooms devices, ensuring a reliable and secure user experience across the organisation.

The Crown Prosecution Service is based in England and Wales. You must be aged 16 or over at the point of starting in this role. The expected start date is approximately 8–12 weeks after the application closing date. Your roles and responsibilities:

• Endpoint Management: Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) configurations to securely manage laptops, mobile devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms devices.
• Security, Compliance and Governance: Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, compliance policies and device standards in line with organisational, regulatory and industry requirements.
• Technical Support and Incident Resolution: Provide advanced technical support for end-user computing services, diagnosing and resolving complex issues to minimise disruption to users.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Service Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, user-focused EUC services and provide expert technical guidance.
• Continuous Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve EUC processes, increase efficiency through automation and enhance the end-user experience.
