Te Tūranga – About the role Join our high-performing IT Operations team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless end-user computing experiences and top-notch operational outcomes. Reporting to the IT End User Compute Lead, you'll support Foodstuffs North Island's infrastructure and empower teams across support centres and distribution centres to maximize the value of their IT solutions. You'll be part of a customer-focused team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, tackling projects like advancing device management capabilities, enhancing IT infrastructure resilience, and refining end-user computing strategies to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 2/3 onsite IT support for Auckland-based users, resolving incidents, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with remote support teams. - Build and deploy desktop/laptop images, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and optimize performance through Intune device management. - Deliver onsite systems engineering support to FSNI service users while maintaining operational excellence. - Assist with incident resolution, project support, and the development and maintenance of FSNI's end-user computing strategy.
