WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service, infrastructure, or technology roles within a corporate or service provider setting.
  • Strong background in deploying and managing end-user computing solutions across an international organisation.
  • Expertise in Office 365, telephony, and networking technologies.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and outsourced IT service providers.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, capable of translating complex IT concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced, multinational environment (desirable).

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum + 25% Bonus
Are you a technology leader passionate about driving collaboration and personal productivity in a dynamic and international business environment? We are seeking a Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead to take ownership of end-user computing (EUC), training, and the optimisation of workplace technology for a fast-paced organisation.

THE ROLE

As the Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and improving the way over 2,000 office workers interact with technology. You will be responsible for defining best practices, leading technology adoption, and ensuring users maximise the value of existing and new IT solutions.
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will drive the identification, design, and implementation of end-user computing solutions while managing third-party vendors and partners. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure technology services align with business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Oversee end-user computing (EUC) strategies, including hardware selection, software deployment, and licensing management.
✅ Manage an annual technology budget of €1-2M, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
✅ Define and implement training programs to enhance digital collaboration and productivity across the organisation.
✅ Lead a cross-functional initiative to shape the future of collaboration tools within the business.
✅ Provide VIP technology support to the Executive team, ensuring seamless IT services for their unique needs.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders and external vendors.
✅ Stay ahead of emerging IT trends, recommending innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experience.
✅ Create and deliver user guides, training materials, and internal communication strategies to promote best practices in IT adoption.
