Responsibilities

ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to join our collaborative IT team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this key role supports Kaplan Australia by delivering expert Level 2 and 3 technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of end user technologies across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong service ethic to contribute to infrastructure planning, drive continuous improvement, and act as a technical escalation point for complex IT issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide advanced Level 2/3 technical support for desktops, laptops, virtual platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for the service desk, ensuring timely resolution of complex incidents.
  • Administer and maintain systems including Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Manage OS deployment, application packaging, and patch management processes.
  • Contribute to IT infrastructure and EUC-related projects, such as hardware refresh and system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and project documentation.
  • Analyse root causes of recurring incidents and implement long-term solutions.
  • Monitor system health, software updates, and device compliance to minimise disruption.
  • Deliver training and onboarding for staff using EUC tools and platforms.
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory, oversee hardware lifecycle, and ensure software licensing compliance.
