The Role Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT logistics, device lifecycle management, or global supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record managing large, complex device portfolios across multiple regions. Deep expertise in logistics operations, vendor management, and process optimization. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive operations. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills; capable of influencing across global teams and executive levels. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Intune/JAMF integration, asset repositories, and ITSM workflows is a plus.
