Description:

  • The development of a relationship of trust between the main existing customers;
  • Understand and solve the problems encountered by its customers, in terms of the product or service offered;
  • Develop a complete understanding of needs in order to better meet them;
  • Anticipate changes in the business environment and its customers;
  • Manage communications between customers and the internal team;
  • Manage the team in charge of one or more client portfolio (s);
  • Plan a strategic plan to improve client results by analyzing relevant data;
  • Negotiate contracts and establish a performance schedule;
  • Establish and supervise the company’s internal budgets and the external budgets of its customers;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize profits through Up-selling Or the Cross-selling.

Qualifications

  • Education: Engineering and/or Business degree
  • Minimum experience 8++ in sales
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • National and international travel will be required
  • International experience and exposure is a plus
  • Strong in key account management and strategic account
  • Ability to mobilize networks and remote team. ( Collaboration and teamwork)
  • Ability to work in matrix organizations and multicultural environment
  • Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized
  • Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge (macro drivers, significant trends, strategic direction) in client communication and dialog.

  • Detailed business financial knowledge and experience within a technical or sales environment.

  • Strong Contract negotiations and closing skills.

  • Ability to navigate a complex (matrix) organization and built strong network
