ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is to support the administration, installation and configuration of all end user computing devices such as PC’s, laptops, tablets, printers etc. in a networked environment. The major role of the End User Services Analyst Engineer is the responsibility for the desktop computer environment, operating system software, including ancillary software such as layered products required to maintain an application and in certain instances, client applications themselves.
The Digital Health and Innovation teams provides support for systems that are in use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and there may be requirement to provide 24/7 on-call support.
