Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage the full hardware lifecycle – from procurement to secure disposal.
  • Support incidents, service requests, and critical IT issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Install and troubleshoot software (Microsoft 365, security tools, remote access, etc.).
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Deliver on-site and walk-in support through Tech Bars and floor walks.
  • Support collaboration tools and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports.
  • Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and user access provisioning.
  • Promote IT best practices and digital adoption among employees.
