Responsibilities:
As an End User Support Analyst, you will provide timely, professional, and customer-focused ICT support to our customers and users. You will aim to deliver customer ICT requests such as deployment of mobile/tablet/laptop devices and support to agreed service level targets. You will work closely with Service Desk, Request Fulfilment, and other End User Support team members to ensure that the customer experience is of a high standard and that customer requests are fulfilled to the customers’ satisfaction.
