REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems architectures
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Ability to follow defined ITSM (ITIL/ISO 20 000) processes
  • Ability to read and understand technical and engineering documentation
  • Good English language level in both written and verbal communication
