We are looking for an experienced End-User Support Engineer to support the office in Szeged on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely. REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a Support Engineer role
  • Understanding of basic principles of hardware and software
  • Intermediate skills in troubleshooting operating systems and hardware
  • Knowledge of basic networking principles
  • Familiarity with asset management and ITIL or other ITSM tools
  • English proficiency at a B1+ level
Responsibilities
  • Support IT infrastructure in Szeged office in collaboration with the team
  • Ensure equipment, documents, and processes are in place
  • Assist users with IT-related issues
  • Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of assets in a cost-effective manner
  • Contribute to the development of End-User Support Service
