We are now seeking an End-User Support Engineer to ensure seamless IT operations, with a structured hybrid schedule dedicated to both client site and company office environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of IT infrastructure support (Windows, MS Office, network systems)
  • Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Service Request, Change)
  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal coordination
  • Flexibility to split time between client site and EPAM office

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT support (3–4 days/week at client site in Singapore, remainder at EPAM office)
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle: deployment, migration and decommissioning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime
  • Deliver in-person IT support for incidents/requests, ensuring fast resolution
