Currently, we are seeking an End-User Support Engineer to strengthen our EPAM Warsaw Team.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate creativity, strong communication abilities, and proficient people management skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP server configuration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management, including Active Directory, WSUS, and Group Policies
  • A service-oriented attitude, demonstrating a willingness to assist employees with IT infrastructure challenges
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in learning new technologies and adapting to evolving challenges
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Adherence to directives provided by the direct leader
  • Capability to organize work efficiently to meet deadlines
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide IT support to colleagues by addressing requests and resolving incidents (hardware/software)
  • Collaborate with external vendors and Global IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Manage and update the assets inventory
  • Oversee communication room operations and monitor the environment
  • Install and maintain IT equipment in the office, including networks, printers, and conference hardware
  • Guide employees or clients, either in person or remotely via MS Teams, through setting up systems or resolving technical issues
  • Build strong working relationships with employees and teams while promoting effective IT practices
