QUALIFICATIONS

• 6–10 years of experience in IAM and end-user device management.
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
• Okta Identity Management
• Google Workspace
• Zoom Administration
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices & compliance.
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, APIs).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
