Description

Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues. Support the execution of design changes for commercialized products and documentation of associated design verification activities. Evaluate and analyze post market complaint data to identify and escalate signals related to product performance, support complaint investigation efforts, and identify corrective/preventive activities for continuous improvement. Pursuing a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering. Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation tools. Must graduate between Fall 2026 - Spring 2028. Must be able to commit to program dates January 12th, 2026 - June 26th, 2026. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. Desire to work in fast-paced cross-functional teams to maintain and support quality-engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet BSC, customer, and regulatory requirements. Interest in obtaining a job within the medical device industry upon graduation, preferably with an interest in a quality role. Demonstrated leadership experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
