Description Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner, is recruiting an Endodontist for a well-established, high-volume dental practice in Largo, Florida. This is a fee-for-service (FFS) and PPO-based specialty practice with an excellent internal referral network, strong patient demand, and a fully staffed, experienced clinical team. The practice offers a modern, high-efficiency environment designed to support specialists and maximize clinical productivity. This opportunity provides exceptional earning potential, flexibility in scheduling, and outstanding work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or major holidays. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation paid as a percentage of collections • Typically approximately 45%+ of collections, depending on experience • Relocation package available • Fully staffed large office with experienced assistants • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Malpractice insurance provided • 401(k) retirement plan with 5% employer match • Paid holidays • CME / CE support available • All clinical materials and supplies provided by the practice • Stable and growing patient base with strong internal referrals • No nights, no weekends, no major holidays Schedule & Practice Details: • Schedule: 2–5 days per week • Full-time providers may rotate between this location and a second office further south • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • High-efficiency specialist wing accepting both internal and external referrals • Advanced technology including on-site CBCT imaging, microscope, and digital scanners Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered endodontic care • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Utilize advanced imaging and diagnostic tools to support treatment planning • Collaborate with referring providers and specialty team members • Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety Requirements • Clear and active Florida Dental License • Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Program • Active DEA license • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-specialty practice environment All requirements listed above are mandatory and non-negotiable.
