Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation based on production at approximately 55%+ depending on experience • Daily guarantee provided • Travel stipend available • No weekends or major holidays • Part-time schedule with predictable hours Schedule & Practice Details: • Part-time schedule, ideally 2 days per week • Travel between offices in Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral • Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Supportive, family-like clinical environment • Focus on delivering high-quality endodontic care Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive endodontic care to patients • Travel between assigned offices as scheduled • Maintain accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with dental teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a team-based environment Requirements • Active and unrestricted Florida Dental License • Completion of an accredited Endodontics Residency Program • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Dentrix software is a plus All requirements listed above are mandatory and non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
The Endodontist will be responsible for providing comprehensive endodontic care to patients across assigned offices and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. This role also requires collaboration with dental teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
