Pine Rivers Private Hospital is seeking two experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join their Procedures department. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided to our patients receiving various procedures to alleviate Treatment Resistant Depression.
Within our Procedures Department we offer Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Esketamine treatment and the successful candidates will need skills in Anaesthetic Nursing to assist in ECT and/or Recovery Nursing to care for patients as they recover from ECT.
ECT is a very small clinic that runs 3 mornings per week so the successful candidate would be someone who is eager to expand their procedural skills by training in TMS which runs 7 days per week from 0700hrs onwards, sometimes into the evenings until 2030hrs at the latest.

Responsibilities

AS AN ENDORSED ENROLLED NURSE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
  • Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
  • Act as a role model for Safe Practice
