Corgan, a leading global architecture and interior design firm, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Endpoint Analyst. This position will join our fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative IT team for our creative and industry-leading international architecture and interior design firm. As a member of the Core Technology Team, the Endpoint Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the firm’s end-users with desktop, systems/network and audio-visual system support. The Endpoint Analyst will foster strong internal and external relationships and enhance the firm’s IT service offerings. This role will assist the Incident Response Team in responding to cyber security events and offers many opportunities to expand knowledge and experience in all areas of Information Technology. Responsibilities Stay current with emerging technology and research and recommend future technology solutions Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user hardware, software, and networking issues Install and maintain operating systems, application software with regular patching and upgrading Serve as a member on the Incident Response Team Follow security procedures to protect systems from unauthorized use and user abuse Track and monitor requests to ensure timely resolution of issues through ServiceNow ticketing system Regular audits and trend analysis of ServiceNow tickets and performance assessments of current IT services and solutions to support recommendations for improvements Coordinates training and orientation for new and existing employees and helps them become familiar with equipment and networks Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking and management. Document processes, procedures, repairs, and changes to ensure current and useable knowledge transfer in ServiceNow Provide technical support for advanced conference room AV technologies, including MTRs and Crestron devices. Occasional travel to other Corgan offices Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a similar IT support role within an ITIL environment Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Outstanding Customer Service skills and resourcefulness Experience with SCCM/MCEM, Intune preferred Experience with Microsoft Services such as Exchange, Entra, Teams, and SharePoint preferred Experience with Server Administration such as AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS preferred Experience with Patch & Vulnerability Management Software preferred Possess strong problem-solving and time/project management skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business Physical Requirements Work at a computer for extended periods. Move between standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing throughout the day. Lift up to 40 lbs. Travel to other offices as needed (5–10%).
