About the Role (your why)
The Endpoint Engineering team assists companies by supporting their environments day to day and recommending best practices to follow and implement. The team designs, builds, supports, and continuously improves end user solutions end to end, enabling our customers to transform their business and modernise their end user experience.
The Endpoint Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of Endpoint Engineering Specialists within the Intelligent Workspace group to ensure best practice support methodologies are executed, technical experience leveraged and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Our offices are based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance.
