Job Description Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle across Windows environment, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning. Design, build, and maintain standardized configurations, baselines, and policies using Microsoft Intune. Drive reliability, performance, and scalability through observability, automation, and continuous optimization. Implement Modern Device Management using Microsoft Intune (policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and update management) and Windows Autopilot for device provisioning. Integrate cloud platforms and enterprise APIs to automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows; develop and maintain reusable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve service quality. Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Create and maintain clear documentation for procedures, configurations, and system changes. Stay current with Microsoft technologies, best practices, and emerging industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience engineering and operating endpoint management at enterprise scale. Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID. Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration (Modern Management and GPO coexistence) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. High resilience, assertiveness and proactiveness Microsoft certifications are a plus.
