Everforth ECS is seeking an Endpoint Management Lead - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.   Responsibilities * Lead the operational execution of endpoint management services for ARNG user devices in both on-premises and cloud environments. * Direct and oversee configuration, deployment, and patch management activities for various devices. * Ensure compliance with security baselines and hardening standards across all endpoints. * Supervise and guide endpoint technicians in daily operations and tasks. * Coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts and monitor device health. * Provide comprehensive operational reporting and technical guidance to meet cybersecurity requirements. * Ensure alignment of endpoint services with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity standards. * Facilitate the lifecycle sustainment of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices. Qualifications Required Qualifications * Clearance: Secret Eligible required * S. Citizenship required * DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level * Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT * Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering] * Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise endpoint management within DoD or Federal environments * Proven experience in directing endpoint configuration and deployment activities * Strong background in patch management and compliance validation * Experience in supervising technical teams and enforcing security standards * Ability to provide technical oversight and ensure reliable endpoint services
