Description Concept Solutions is seeking an Endpoint & Mobile Device Management Engineer to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position provides system administration, product management, and operation of the Microsoft Intune system. Enable secure access to FAA network resources for approximately 15,000 government-furnished mobile devices. Provide Microsoft Group Policy support for creation, modification, and deletion Troubleshoot Group Policy issues on clients and servers Provide service management support including process life cycle management, process improvement, continuous service improvement, and trend analysis Integrate with external groups within FAA IT Services to develop processes for mobile services Provide technical support including architecture and design, operational analysis, and integration approach Evaluate security requirements and routinely audit system security compliance Support major initiatives such as Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), integration with derived PIV credentials Provide endpoint device anti-virus and encryption protection Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degree (engineering, math, and science related degrees are considered acceptable alternative degrees); five (5) years of relevant experience. Education/Experience Substitutions The following substitutions may be considered at the Government's discretion: A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. For positions requiring a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma plus four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be generally adequate.
