Ability to travel- approximately 5% travel required   Dimension of Job: The Endpoint Mobility Technician works under the direction of the Endpoint Infrastructure Manager to coordinate the setup, configuration, and deployment of iOS devices, Android devices, Chrome deivces. cellular hardware, and endpoint equipment for new employees, new branches, and device replacements. This role ensures all mobile devices are provisioned in accordance with organizational standards, security policies, and Microsoft Intune management requirements. The technician provides advanced endpoint support to Help Desk staff and Stockman Bank employees, responding to escalated requests via phone, email, and remote tools. Core responsibilities include troubleshooting issues involving iOS devices, Microsoft Intune enrollment, RingCentral communications, Citrix Workspace access, Microsoft Office applications, email configuration, and supported enterprise software. This position also contributes to special projects related to mobile technology initiatives, platform upgrades, and device rollouts. The technician is responsible for developing and maintaining clear, accurate documentation for new procedures, software configurations, and support workflows to ensure consistent and effective service delivery across the organization.   Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies 1. Hardware, Software and Peripheral: 1. Install computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Set up at user’s work areas as directed. 2. Work in VMWare and set up servers as directed. 3. Install software updates as directed. 4. Assist in organizing software installation media so it is readily accessible when needed.  5. Assist in inventorying and maintaining an inventory of all computer hardware, software, and peripherals. 6. Onsite installation, setup, troubleshooting, maintenance as assigned. 7. Travel to Stockman locations, for hardware installation and maintaining of hardware as well as inventory.   2. Endpoint Support: 1. Provide endpoint support to Help Desk employees 2. Document and track calls and emails through ITSM system. 3. Answer user inquiries in regards to software and hardware 4. Identify research and resolve computer and network problems. 5. Develop procedures, and train employees of Help Desk in proper use of hardware and software. 6. Creating, updating, and use of relevant knowledge articles.   3.  Device Provisioning & Configuration 1. Procure, enroll, and configure iOS devices including iPhones, iPads, Apple Pencils, Apple Keyboards. 2. Procure, enroll, and configure Android cellular devices. 3. Establish standardized baseline configurations that align with security standards, MDM requirements, and organizational compliance policies. 4. Coordinate asset tagging, inventory documentation, and lifecycle management (deployment, replacement, retirement). 5. Validate cellular plans, SIM/eSIM assignments, and device connectivity.
