Description
Complete installation of all supported devices, including implementation, testing, reporting, alerting, and operational support resource training. Create, modify, test, and implement approved changes to supported devices based upon customer requirements. Verify system status and health including memory usage and disk space and validation of process execution. Maintain current standard operating procedures and documentation. Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in endpoint security and antivirus strategy (ideally). Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Symantec Endpoint Protection. Strong understanding of malware and ransomware threats and mitigation techniques. Ability to perform installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of security tools across multiple platforms. Familiarity with security policies, compliance standards, and documentation best practices. Solid knowledge of system health monitoring (memory, disk space, process validation). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exposure to Carbon Black and BitLocker. Experience with SIEM, XDR or other security tools. Cybersecurity or vendor-specific certifications (such as CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Microsoft Security certifications etc.). Strong communication and training abilities, to support operational teams and ensure proper resource enablement.
