Description
Discover, engineer, and support endpoint solutions for enterprise project and operational requirements. Support and influence global client management tools, operating systems, software platforms, and endpoint-related infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams during planning and execution phases of the Project Management Methodology. Conduct research and development throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, testing, rollout, and operational support. Maintain and deliver centralized reporting and analytics for endpoint services, sharing insights with ITSLT and Service Delivery teams. Develop, maintain, and enforce system standards, configurations, and best practices. Investigate, document, and resolve complex endpoint-related issues across multiple platforms. Recommend and implement innovative, scalable, and automated approaches for system administration and endpoint management. Develop and maintain end-user, technical, and process documentation. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users. Provide transparent cross-team communication, status updates, and operational reporting. Identify and drive opportunities to streamline Corporate Infrastructure & Security platforms. Provides expert-level recommendations within established practices, standards, and governance models. Responsibilities may occasionally require evening or weekend work, sometimes with limited advance notice. 8+ years of professional experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Services, or a related technical discipline. Windows macOS Android iOS 5+ years of strong experience working with client management tools and endpoint configuration standards. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate multiple solutions, and recommend optimal approaches. Extensive experience creating technical documentation and user guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, managers, and technical teams. Ability to provide technical mentorship and occasional guidance to peers and junior team members.
