As an Energy Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers towards energy-efficient solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, assessing their energy requirements, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their energy efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using software applications for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
