Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. The Energy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing energy usage and identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings within our facilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with growth potential within our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct energy audits and analyze energy usage data to identify areas for improvement • Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies and initiatives • Monitor and track energy consumption and costs • Prepare reports and presentations on energy usage and cost savings • Identify and secure rebates and incentives for energy efficiency projects • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure energy efficiency measures are properly implemented • Assist with budget planning and forecasting for energy costs • Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy analysis or a related field • Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and practices • Familiarity with energy management systems and data analysis tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with healthcare facilities is a plus Benefits: • Competitive salary • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities
