You play an essential role in thoroughly calculating sustainable installation solutions and structural improvements for design optimizations during the SO, VO, and DO phases of a project. You discuss bottlenecks and optimizations with colleagues and clients, thereby making a visible contribution to residential and non-residential projects, such as area developments and complex new construction.

You also bring this:

• You have experience preparing BENG calculations in the various project phases (SO to building permit application) in Uniec3 or Vabi, or you are willing to learn this;
• You conduct feasibility analyses and evaluate energy concepts, making substantiated and feasible choices for sustainable and energy-efficient solutions;
• You have a higher professional or university education in a technical or construction-related field and preferably an EPA diploma, or you are willing to obtain one.
