  • Proven experience in facilities management, contracts, and utilities.
  • Understanding of energy procurement, carbon reduction models, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate findings into meaningful strategies.
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of waste management, recycling policies, and energy efficiency is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about sustainability, cost efficiency, and ensuring energy solutions align with business goals? As our Energy and Utilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing energy procurement, utility contracts, and environmental compliance across Dawsongroup’s UK sites. From analysing energy consumption to supporting decarbonisation strategies, you’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and shaping a greener future for the business.

  • Oversee and maintain utility contract data, working closely with the Finance Manager on renewals.
  • Support energy procurement, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Conduct audits and environmental impact assessments across company premises.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key environmental performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development of tenders and bids for sustainability initiatives.
