• You are a certified energy consultant
• Ideally, you are already an energy efficiency expert for residential and possibly also commercial properties.
• Experience in consulting, specialist planning and construction supervision is an advantage.
• GEG, KfW, BAFA and BEG are relevant components of your daily work and not completely foreign words to you.
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office and common planning software.
• Self-initiative, high motivation and strong communication skills reflect you.
• Driving licence class B

Your tasks:

• Initial appointments and on-site energy consultations
• Advising our customers on current funding opportunities
• Supporting our clients in the planning and implementation of new construction and renovation projects
• Recording building geometries, performing energy balancing
• Preparation of building physics analyses, including the calculation of thermal bridges and the simulation of rooms.
• Development of renovation concepts with the corresponding economic analysis
• Supporting the client in the implementation process: from application to disbursement, including specialist planning, construction supervision and quality assurance.
