Description
Job Description At Rituals, we believe small changes can make a big difference. That’s why we’re committed to using our energy more mindfully across our 1,000+ stores in Europe, to help achieve our sustainability goals. As our very first Energy Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Rituals measures, manages, and reduces energy usage. This is a brand-new role within Rituals. With the rollout of smart meters across our stores, we now have access to real-time energy data. Your mission? To transform this data into actionable insights by spotting inefficiencies, flagging opportunities, and driving simple, effective changes that reduce our footprint and our costs. For 40 hours per week, you will: Monitor energy data from our smart meter system (Centinel) to identify unusual or excessive usage. Compare usage across stores, regions, and formats to highlight best and worst performers. Flag energy use outside trading hours (e.g. HVAC running overnight) and ensure fixes are made. Be the main contact for energy-related matters internally and externally. Support sustainability initiatives by testing more efficient solutions in-store and validating results with real data. Qualifications About you: We’re not looking for years of experience, we’re looking for the right mindset. You’ll be curious, hands-on, and comfortable with data. You’ll also enjoy connecting with people across cultures and markets. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Strong analytical and Excel/data skills Excellent communication skills in English A strong sense of initiative and enjoy connecting the dots with data and insights A proactive, autonomous, and hands-on attitude to follow up with stakeholders and get things done Grow with us! The next steps: Please apply via our career site Our recruiter, Camilla Milson, will contact you within 10 working days An introductory meeting with the Hiring Manager follows An online assessment and second interview In the event of a positive outcome, you will receive a proposal with the terms of employment Please note that applications via email are not considered.
