Job Description We are hiring Energy Efficiency Expert with focus on securing all long and short-term efficiency enhancement strategy of H&M suppliers across all supply chains in the region. As Energy Efficiency Expert you have the ownership to drive, implement and monitor H&M’s vision towards improved energy efficiency and reduced GHG emission in supply chain. So, if you enjoy improving process and have ambition to make impactful changes, then this role is what you are looking for. In this role, you are responsible for Developing the tools and routines to evaluate energy efficiency improvement opportunities that go beyond the low-hanging fruits at both the facility and production process level in regional supply chains. You will conduct the energy audit, co-create action plans with suppliers and secure the implementation of related improvement activities by the supplier facilities. You will build long-term roadmap for energy efficiency improvement in the region that aligns with the global roadmap as well as individual brand’s requirements. Educate both internal and external stakeholder on energy related topic. You build strong relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure there is continuous collaboration in constantly improving energy management of our suppliers, and that best practices are effectively implemented. In all that you do, stakeholder management is at the forefront of your mind as you continuously engage with them to achieve energy efficiency goals. You will collaborate with a lot of stakeholders in Group Production management and across our production markets. Your solutions-oriented approach will help you to look constantly for innovative & improve ways of using energy. Your contribution will support H&M to ensure impactful changes in the supply chain. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have energy efficiency expertise Certified energy auditor preferred, should have conducted 20-25 energy audits, experience in carbon footprint study, worked on decarbonizing roadmap Ability to work independently and with team Strong Analytical thinking Good Time Management Good Communication skills Additional Information WHO WE ARE​ H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
