Location: St Austell, Cornwall (with travel across the region)
Salary: £41,011 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time (37 hours), Permanent

?? Your Role

As our Energy Efficiency Lead, you’ll:

  • Coordinate and deliver energy improvement programmes.
  • Act as the Retrofit Coordinator, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 standards.
  • Analyse energy data and develop value-for-money upgrade strategies.
  • Lead procurement and contractor management.
  • Promote sustainable construction and energy efficiency across the organisation.

?? What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Qualifications in Retrofit Coordination, Domestic Energy Assessment, and ideally Building Surveying.
  • Proven experience in energy efficiency projects, retrofit coordination, and project management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as required.
