• Conduct energy audits and system performance analysis
• Identify efficiency upgrades for HVAC, lighting, and building systems
• Develop energy-saving proposals and ROI calculations
• Oversee implementation and verify performance post-installation
• Ensure compliance with BCA Green Mark, LEED or other standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Building Services or Energy Engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in energy efficiency or HVAC systems
• Familiarity with energy modeling tools and audit frameworks
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
