• Must live in or nearby Saint Cloud, FL
• Self-Motivated and Responsible
• Must be tech savvy and able to complete reports & photos with tablet / ipad
• Eager to Learn and Apply New Concepts Quickly
• Punctuality and meeting deadlines
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with safe and responsible driving record
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
