REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess a Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
  • Preferably engineers specializing in Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in M&E / Green Mark / Energy Audit / Energy Assessment, or similar industry.
  • Prior working knowledge of ACMV, Mechanical & Electrical designs, Testing & Commissioning works in Commercial Buildings or Industrial Facilities Plants is a plus.
  • Prior working experience of Facilities Management in Industrial Facilities Plants or related is a plus.
  • Familiar with Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessment (EEOA) reporting for industrial facilities plants and infrastructures will be added advantage.
  • Familiar with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) reporting for industrial facilities’ chiller plants will be added advantage.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work as a team, willing to learn, contribute ideas and assist team member with tasks/duties, when required.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to analyse building or industrial services plant and chilled-water plant operational data.Broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and gap analyses to identify necessary upgrades and improvements required to meet targeted goals in energy and water efficiency, sustainability, and waste reduction.
  • Conduct Measurement & Verification (M&V) assessments and analyse Building Management System (BMS) trend data to assess the operational performance of buildings, chiller plants, and related systems, identifying opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessments (EEOA) for industrial facilities and infrastructure to identify potential areas for energy performance enhancements.
  • Review and assess the Conceptual, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), and/or Detailed Design of industrial facilities and infrastructure provided by M&E and specialist consultants.
  • Perform detailed calculations, including Annual Energy Consumption (AEC), energy efficiency metrics, and potential savings, etc and prepare energy audit / assessment reports in accordance with established templates and standards to ensure timely completion, clarification and submission.
  • Involve in energy efficiency & energy consumption analysis and benchmarking.
  • Conduct M&V evaluations of chiller plants at industrial sites to assess compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and determine overall system performance.
  • Conduct Fundamental and/or Enhanced Testing and Commissioning (T&C) activities in accordance with LEED certification requirements for office fitouts, as well as commercial and industrial buildings.Review the Basis of Design (BOD), T&C schedule, commissioning checklists, and Method Statements for relevant systems, and prepare comprehensive T&C reports for LEED certification submission.
