The Role We are looking for ambitious solicitors who have a real interest in working on financings in the Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources practice area. The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years relevant banking/financing experience within a large or medium-sized corporate law firm. Candidates should: have a strong knowledge of LMA based facility agreements and intercreditor agreements; be confident in taking the lead on the production and negotiation of security documents and other ancillary finance documents; and be comfortable managing and mentoring junior members of the team. We advise on the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects and on investment, financing and joint ventures in the sector. We ensure that our clients keep pace with market and regulatory developments so that they are well positioned to manage challenges and exploit market opportunities. We provide solution orientated advice to utilities, international energy companies, financial institutions, private equity, infrastructure funds, sponsors and government.
