Energy Manager (Energy Modelling)

Working with the Campus Infrastructure team, for the benefit of the whole University, this exciting role will play a key role in enabling the University to achieve its sustainability goals by conducting energy modelling, developing energy efficiency strategies, and providing technical expertise for decarbonisation projects.
You will be responsible for analysing energy performance across the estate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to carbon reduction initiatives aligned with the university’s net-zero targets.

You will have:

• a degree, ideally in Engineering, Energy, Building Services or Environmental Management or a related subject or equivalent practical experience and alternative qualifications
• practical experience and technical knowledge in Energy, Building Services or Environmental Management or related field
• experience delivering energy audits that evaluate the performance of building fabric, building service plant and controls

You will also be Certified for advising on Energy Efficiency Standards such as PassivHaus or BREEAM
