To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Energy Manager (m/f/d) who will strategically and operationally develop our energy management system and implement concrete measures to increase energy efficiency together with the specialist departments.

Your responsibilities

  • Development, further development and operational management of the energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001 as well as integration into existing company processes
  • Analysis and monitoring of energy-related data as well as development and maintenance of KPIs for controlling and optimizing energy consumption
  • Identification, evaluation and implementation of energy efficiency measures for the sustainable reduction of energy consumption and energy costs
  • Participation in energy-related investment and optimization projects , as well as support in the further development of energy generation plants.
  • Preparation of energy reports, analyses and management reports , as well as preparation of management reviews and required documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and normative requirements, in particular in energy law as well as according to ISO 50001 and ISO 14001
  • Planning and support of internal and external audits , including preparation and support for ISO 50001 certifications.
  • Consulting and support for specialist departments, conducting training and awareness-raising measures , and promoting energy-efficient practices within the company.

Your profile

  • Completed technical or scientific studies or a comparable technical qualification, e.g. as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Additional qualification in energy management , e.g. as an ISO 50001 auditor or comparable further training.
  • Professional experience in corporate energy management
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and relevant energy law regulations.
  • Experience in energy controlling, energy audits and the implementation of energy efficiency measures
  • Experience in project management and ideally knowledge of procurement law
  • Analytical and structured work style, technical understanding, strong communication skills and initiative
