Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensure compliance across all contractors. Act as the primary liaison between construction, commissioning, and operations teams regarding energy safety. Review and approve energy isolation plans and permits. Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Stop unsafe work practices and enforce OSHA and NFPA 70E standards. Monitor and report on energy usage and performance metrics. Validate mechanical and electrical system performance during commissioning. Assist in implementing energy-saving strategies and sustainability best practices. Maintain detailed records of energy control activities and compliance metrics. Train and mentor teams on electrical safety and energy isolation procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field 5 - 7 years in electrical safety management, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments. Experience with energy isolation systems, commissioning processes, and large-scale electrical infrastructure. Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, HVAC, UPS, switchgear, and BMS. Ability to interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and energy monitoring tools.
