Description
As an Energy Pricing Student, you will support the Pricing Analysis & Supply team in daily pricing activities, reporting, and analytics that help shape our customer offerings across Canada and the U.S. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with market data, pricing tools, and cross-functional teams to enhance pricing strategies and operational efficiency. The Pricing Analysis & Supply team, located at our Crown Street office, plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing organization by gathering and analyzing market pricing data, generating daily pricing reports, and identifying trends to optimize customer pricing. The team uses specialized tools to benchmark market intelligence and develop pricing strategies that align with business goals. This is a highly analytical and reporting-focused team within the Pricing Analysis & Supply Chain group. Responsibilities: Prepare, update, and distribute 7–8 recurring pricing reports to internal stakeholders Upload daily pricing for Canadian and U.S. customers using internal pricing tools Review market intelligence and feedback to support pricing strategy improvements Assist in pricing enhancement initiatives, including documentation and tool optimization Identify opportunities for automation and data cleanup within pricing processes Your Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications Willingness to learn pricing systems and contribute to process improvements Your Experience: Currently enrolled in Business Administration with a strong interest in data Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school What We Offer: Professional Development – Student focused learning & development sessions, mentorships and networking events Student Benefits – Housing allowance, co-op fee reimbursement and parking allowance for qualifying candidates.
