Your Role: The type of work you can expect to be involved in as a summer student in the role include: Conducting in-depth research. This will include a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including: online discussions with industry experts and other professionals desk-based research, identifying and analysing data from other sources Analysing information and data to produce insightful conclusions and meaningful content to our clients or subscribers in the form of reports, databases, and viewpoints Communicating with clients or subscribers via presentations, email, webinars and by phone Developing your project management skills and / or leading projects Building relationships with industry contacts on behalf of the company, developing client relationships and contributing to the development of the business Collaborating across teams within LCP Delta Developing expertise in the energy transition Professional Development: We encourage you to develop your skills through personal development training, as well as benefiting from the opportunity to work alongside and learn from industry experts. What We’re Looking For: Higher or A Level in STEM subject A Grade Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in any subject, or currently studying for a degree and on track to achieve a 2:1 and / or relevant MSc IT skills – including Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint An interest in the energy transition and an awareness of topical issues A willingness to develop new industry contacts and clients and attend events where required Commercial acumen - the ability to think commercially about the needs of our clients Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills Excellent communication and written skills Why should you choose LCP?
